Every account can download a full PDF book of all entries and a machine-readable archive of photos at any time. No friction, no questions asked.

Six-month transfer window

If My Rootzz ever winds down, every active member receives a 180-day transfer window with full export access — long before the lights go out.

No automated opening

Memorial requests are reviewed by a human Keeper. No algorithm decides when the book opens. Your family will speak to a real person.

Open data format

We store entries as plain text + JSON, photos as standard JPG / PNG / HEIC. Anything you write or upload can be read 30 years from now without our software.

Stored in the Netherlands

Your data is held in EU data centres, under GDPR. We will never transfer it outside the European Economic Area without your consent.

You can leave any time

Closing your account is a single request to the Keeper, reviewed manually, irreversible by design. Everything is deleted — no shadow copies.
