1. Sovereign Trial (€1.49 — 7 Days)
The 7-day Sovereign Trial is a one-time, non-refundable entry fee. By accepting the Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy at checkout, the Sovereign acknowledges that digital access to the Vault, the Confessor, and the Manual Transfer Protocols is granted immediately upon payment and that, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(m), the right of withdrawal is waived once the digital service has been supplied with the Sovereign's prior express consent.
2. Recurring Plans (Yearly · Half-Year)
Recurring sovereign plans (Yearly €69.50 · Half-Year €54.50) auto-renew at the end of each cycle. Cancellation may be requested at any time and takes effect at the end of the current billing period, subject to a one (1) month notice period from the end of that period (see Terms §4). No pro-rata refunds are issued for partial periods. The Vault Key, Founder Certificate, and the data already accumulated in the Vault remain accessible until the end of the paid period.
3. Lifetime Founding Member (€495)
Lifetime Founding Member purchases include a 14-day right of withdrawal under Dutch and EU consumer law, provided that the Sovereign has not yet substantively used the Confessor (zero confessor messages) and has not requested a Founder Certificate download. To exercise withdrawal, contact regie@myrootzz.comwithin 14 calendar days of payment. Refunds are issued to the original payment instrument within 14 days of the keeper's manual confirmation.
4. Ambassador Buffer Contributions
Optional Ambassador Buffer contributions (€0.50, €1.00, or custom) are voluntary sovereign gestures pooled to seed access for other Sovereigns who cannot afford the entry fee. They are non-refundable once the checkout session is paid, in line with the irrevocable nature of charitable-style sponsorship gestures. The Match-&-Double figure shown at checkout is a community-impact display only and never constitutes the amount charged.
5. Manual Verification & Disputed Charges
Activation of any plan occurs only after the Keeper manually verifies the sovereign entry. If the Keeper rejects the application (markers fail, age < 18, jurisdictional restriction), a full refund is issued automatically within 7 business days. For all other dispute matters, contact regie@myrootzz.com; a human keeper — never an algorithm — will respond within 30 days.
