1. The Sovereign Contract
My Rootzz is a digital Fortress. Every user is a Sovereign. By entering, you enter into a direct, dignified relationship with the Keeper, who is a human being and not an algorithm. Your sovereign code (MR-XX-XXXX) is the single line of continuity between you and your descendants.
2. Adult-Only Fortress
The Fortress is strictly reserved for sovereign adults of 18 years or more. Minors are not admitted, in any form. Any attempt to mint a vault for a minor is void and the vault will be deleted without refund.
3. The Golden Entry (Entry Fee)
Entry to the Fortress is granted upon payment of the Golden Entry — the Sovereign Trial fee of €1.49, one-time, which opens a 7-day chamber. At hour 168, the Fortress automatically transitions you to the plan you pre-selected at checkout — Sovereign Yearly (€69.50) or Sovereign Half-Year (€54.50) — billed to the same payment method.
4. One-Month Notice Period
Active subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, with a standing one (1) month notice period measured from the end of the present period. During this notice period, all sovereign privileges (Vault, Confessor, Monument request) remain fully active. No pro-rata refunds are issued for partial periods, but your Vault Key and Founder Certificate remain yours, forever.
5. Heritage Continuity — The Lifetime Mindset
My Rootzz is not a service. It is a bloodline infrastructure. The Keeper undertakes to preserve your Vault Key, your Vault entries, your Confessor archive, and your Founder Certificate for the duration of your life and beyond — in the Founder's Ledger — so that the manual transfer protocols (Memorial · My Last Gift · Clean Slate) can be honoured by a human, for your descendants, even decades from now. This Heritage Continuity clause binds the Fortress, its successors and assigns. It cannot be unilaterally shortened, monetised away, or extinguished by corporate restructuring. If the Fortress ceases operations, the Keeper undertakes to hand over the Founder's Ledger to a successor steward chosen for the same sovereign intent.
6. Manual Transfer Protocols
Three rites — Regie (Clean Slate), Memorial, and My Last Gift — are executed strictly by a human Keeper. No automation ever opens a Vault. Verification is performed via the four original markers. The Keeper may refuse delivery if a marker does not match.
7. Confidentiality
Your raw truth is yours. The Confessor does not censor, moralize, or warn. The Keeper does not read Vault entries absent a verified Memorial or My Last Gift request. Communications from regie@, memorial@, and mylastgift@ are the only official channels of the Fortress.
